Imran Channa

[ b. 1981 ]

lives and works between Amsterdam and Lahore. He holds a BFA (2004) and an MA in Visual Arts from the National College of Arts Lahore (2008). Channa’s residencies and fellowships include the Harvard University South Asia Institute fellowship, Cambridge, 2018 and Gasworks residency, London, 2011. His exhibitions include Seen Unseen at Kasteel Oud-Rekem, Belgium 2018; Changing Places at The House Mill, Hastings Museums, Cliffe Castle, Osterley House and Phoenix, UK 2017-2018. His latest solo show Pasts in Particles was at Twelve Twelve gallery, Den Haag, Netherlands 2018. He is currently a guest teacher at HKU - Beeldende Kunst, Utrecht, Netherlands.
