Tanya Goel
[ b. 1985 ]
lives and works in New Delhi. She holds a BFA Painting/Drawing from the Faculty of Fine Arts, MS University, Baroda (2007), a PBS from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2008) and an MFA Painting/Printmaking from Yale University (2010). Goel’s solo exhibitions include ‘This, the sublime, and its double,’ at Nature Morte, New Delhi, 2018 and ‘LEVEL,’ Galerie Mirchandani + Steinruecke, Mumbai, 2015. Her group shows include ‘Vision Exchange,’ Art gallery of Alberta, Canada and Imagined Borders, Gwangju Biennale, South Korea. Her works are in the collections of the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art, New Delhi, the Philadelphia Museum, USA, and UBS bank in Zurich.
